Malibú Canteras nº 1 - Planta Baja - Ground Floor

The location worked really well, with restaurants, supermarkets and other shops nearby. Apartment 1 is also close to a SPAR, about 200m away if you turn right and then take the second right. We spent three weeks there in January-February 2023. It was extremely clean and well equipped, with fruit, chocolates, bottled water, tea and coffee, an older-style Nespresso machine, beach towels, cleaning supplies and washing machine pods. The living area has an Ikea feel, with lots of nice touches. It's on the ground floor, so the street-facing rooms get limited daylight and some local noise. That's normal in Spanish cities with concrete buildings and hard floors. Finding it can be tricky: it's beside a laundry on Calle Padre Cueto, on the left just past a car park on the right. Marianna has lived on the island for 20 years and knows a lot. Her rates are very good, and booking direct with her is useful if you have questions. The beds were really comfortable, and everything was clean and cozy. The apartments are close to the beach, and the location is amazing. Marianna is kind and friendly, and helped us with everything we asked for. We'd recommend the place and choose it again. Thank you ❤️

The big terrace at penthouse 22 was ideal for eating outside and sunbathing, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. We stayed for four weeks and have already booked it again for next year. The location is superb, close to everything, and Marianna was kind and always available, which added a nice touch to our stay. We've visited Las Palmas many times, and this is one of the best apartments we've stayed in.

It's just a short walk to Las Canteras Beach, and Santa Catalins bus station is about 10 minutes away on foot. We liked the apartment enough to come back for a second stay. It's nicely designed and well equipped, with thoughtful things like beach towels, washing powder, and a bowl of fruit waiting on arrival. We'd recommend it to friends and may stay again.
