Before your arrival
l • Between 5 and 2 days prior to your arrival, and in compliance with local regulations, you must complete the Online Check-In Registration. To do this, it is ESSENTIAL that you provide your contact details (email and phone number) so we can send you the information correctly. • For last-minute bookings arriving within 48 hours, payment and online check-in must be completed at the time of booking to guarantee your accommodation.

Elena and her daughter were wonderful, going out of their way to make our last-minute, six-night booking a great stay. They prepared maps of interesting places and helped us book tours. The hotel was spotless with daily housekeeping, and there are lots of bars and restaurants close by. It’s a quiet spot right in the city, with bus 60 from the airport taking about 20 minutes, and bus 1 going to the best-known tourist attractions. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Highly recommend it. Thank you, Elena ❤️

The room was just right, and we enjoyed sitting on its walkout balcony after a day of walking around and sightseeing. We had breakfast on our final morning, and Marisa helped us with coffee and spent time chatting with the other guests. From the moment we came through the front gate, Marisa greeted us with smiles and made us feel like family. Check-in with her and Elena was easy, and they gave us information and offered to help. The hotel itself is beautiful, but Marisa and Elena are what made the stay so memorable.

Marisa and her niece Elena went out of their way to make us feel welcome and appreciated, and that’s what made our stay stand out. The room was comfortable, and breakfast was very welcome. It’s a small, friendly boutique hotel on a quiet street, with good connections to the main town, old town, and marina.

Marisa gave us helpful suggestions for things to see in Las Palmas during our two nights at Palmera hotel boutique. The hotel is well placed, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, a 20-minute walk to Playa de Las Canteras, and a 15-minute bus ride to the old town. Our room was clean and well equipped, with a little terrace. Marisa treated us to coffee and let us keep the room on departure day until our taxi arrived. She even called the taxi for us. We had a lovely stay and recommend the hotel without hesitation.

I loved the room and the city view, especially the terrace outside with tables and chairs for relaxing. Staff kept it stocked with amenities and even left little treats whenever I went out for the day. Breakfast was a generous spread for a very fair price. The help started as soon as I booked. They made sure I had good directions before I arrived and helped with my bags. The young woman at check-in spoke perfect English and pointed me toward some delicious local food. If I come back to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, I wouldn’t bother looking at other hotels. These folks will have my business again. Katie
