We spent two weeks here with our one-year-old son and were very happy with the apartment. It had two bedrooms, a balcony, a kitchen, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and even though it faced the street, the insulation kept it quiet. We didn't hear the neighbours either. The building was modern and clean, and the beach, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants were all a short walk away. Staff were quick and helpful on Whatsapp, and we'd happily stay again next time we're in Las Palmas. One little kitchen issue: the plates and bowls didn't seem microwave-safe and got very hot even after a short time in the microwave.

The location made a great base for our time on Gran Canaria, with the beach, supermarkets and lots of good restaurants nearby. We stayed in TocToc suites, where the management kept in touch and responded quickly. They even moved us to a larger duplex suite at no extra cost. The place was modern, clean and spacious, with reliable high-speed internet, a well-working washer/dryer, two laundry pods, and a kitchen stocked with what we needed, including a dishwasher. Just be aware the garage is very narrow. I'd rent a small car if you plan to park there.

The flat itself is fine, but every morning the cleaners drag furniture across the floor really loudly, as if no one is sleeping downstairs.

After a full day sightseeing, it was lovely coming back to an apartment that felt like home. Ours was 202, and it was immaculate, with a big bathroom and bedroom, a very comfortable bed, a great shower and fast internet. The design felt well thought through, and there was satellite TV with international channels. The location is central, with shops, bars and supermarkets all around, and the beach is two minutes away on foot. Free parking is a real bonus in the city, and booking through arrival and check-in all went smoothly. The passcode meant we didn't need keys. It's in the city, though, so bring earplugs.
