Tusity Yeah Apartments

The location was good, and check-in went smoothly, though you'll need internet to contact the accommodation on WhatsApp when you arrive. I don't think I'd stay again. I'd rather pay more or stay farther away somewhere in better condition. The apartment didn't look like the photos and clearly wasn't being maintained. There was mould everywhere. It looked as if it had been painted over, but was coming back through. Humidity seemed to be a serious problem: the cheap IKEA furniture had swollen, the fridge was rusty, and the bathroom door scraped the floor and wouldn't shut. The bed sagged in the middle and had a cheap-looking mattress. I was in Room 2C. The bedroom had no window and very little ventilation, and there wasn't even an extractor fan in the bathroom. The shower hose was old and in poor shape. There was a hairdryer with a diffuser for curly hair, but it didn't fit, so I couldn't use it.

Really filthy, with terrible upkeep. Things were broken and I couldn't even shower properly. There were termites and ants everywhere, no clean towels, and customer service was bad. One star is already too generous. Don't book here.

I've stayed here twice now, and both visits were enjoyable. The apartment was clean and modern, with a kitchen stocked well enough for cooking. Check-in went smoothly, and the beach is very quick to reach from this great location. I'd book again.

We had the top-floor two-bedroom apartment with a terrace. It was very clean when we arrived and gave my friend and me the space and privacy we needed. The lift serves every floor, and the location is great for the beach, restaurants, and nearby shops. We didn't cook, but the kitchen would need more utensils and equipment if you planned to make meals. Still, we'd definitely recommend staying here in Las Palmas.
