Urban Rooms San Roque uwSY

The room we were given looked nothing like the photos, and the bathroom smelled of urine. Smokers also have to walk 50 metres down the public street to smoke. The whole experience felt like a scam. We arrived early hoping to leave our bags. It was pouring, and after buzzing the door many times we reached a woman who could see our reservation. They hadn't sent my check-in details, so she tried sending them again while we got soaked. Even after another ten minutes in the rain, she wouldn't let us in. She said bag storage would cost extra, or we could return after 3 and ring again as the check-in instructions said. We came back in the rain and rang for 15 minutes without an answer. I contacted the parent group, who gave me a WhatsApp number, and eventually someone sent a way in. I've travelled around the world and never had service this bad for the money.
