2/10
The property was harder to access than we expected, the parking area was muddy, and the surroundings were poorly maintained. There were also loose animals around the house, which affected both our comfort and our ability to rest. The villa didn’t match the listing. Several areas, especially the bathrooms, were in poor condition, with mould, rust and broken fixtures. Even basic things like the shower drain didn’t work properly. We reported the problems straight away and were told someone would come to fix them, but nobody showed up during our stay. The condition and maintenance were well below what the listing suggested, especially for the price.
