The staff are genuinely helpful and friendly, and will do what they can to assist. The place itself is nice, though the kitchen could use more cutlery and dishes, especially since there’s a dishwasher and fuller sets would be more eco-friendly. The bathroom light runs on a motion sensor, which might bother some people at night. It can wake you, or someone else, since the bathroom has a glass door.

We found the service especially warm and friendly, and would definitely recommend a stay. The apartment was bright, modern and spotless. They’d even supplied a dog bed and bowls.

I spent around three weeks at Vivente and really enjoyed it. The neighborhood is great, with everything you need about a five-minute walk away, and the property is spacious, clean and well cared for. Being able to bring pets was one of the main reasons I chose it. The staff were great too, especially Idaira, who was very friendly and helped with all my questions. I’d happily recommend the place.

The apartment itself was big, neat, and well equipped for the month we lived at Vivente. Our unit was on the first floor. Laundry was in the basement: the washer took one or two euro coins, and detergent cost one euro from the vending machine there. The customer service was super friendly, and I have no complaints about the apartment itself. The noise was a major problem. Renovation work in the building behind the bedroom wall started with heavy drilling at 7:45 every morning. It felt like a dentist drilling into your head, and went on through the day, ending between 4 and 6 pm. We both worked from home, so meetings were difficult with the construction and traffic noise outside. We sleep with earplugs and could manage at night despite the traffic, but we would definitely have canceled if we'd known how loud it was and that renovations were underway. We tried to find somewhere else at the last minute but couldn't. There was also an abandoned-looking house opposite, where a strange-looking man seemed to be watching all the time. When I was home alone I kept the blinds shut, which made me uncomfortable. That's not the hotel's fault. And after a shower, the whole bathroom was flooded because the seals weren't working. We would've found an upper-floor apartment without renovation, and with the shower seals repaired, awesome.
