It’s a tiny, peaceful town, and there’s a big car park. We stayed for a couple of nights earlier this month. The room was clean, looked out towards the sea, and we woke to goats bleating. The woman running the posada was kind and helpful, and her homemade breakfast cake loaves were the best! We had dinner in Limpias, about ten minutes away, a gorgeous town with a Parador. We also went to Suances, with its amazing coastal views and long beaches, and to famous Santianna del Mar and Faro de Cabo Ajo. Santander is nearby too.

A lovely mix of beach and mountains. The terrace is a great place for breakfast, with incredible views, and the people are very friendly. It’s a fantastic choice for a few restful days.

Sandra was the best part for me, so kind and welcoming. The place is charming and wonderfully quiet, with beautiful views and a spacious terrace. There’s also a shared room with tables, a fridge and coffee for guests. I slept so well in the comfortable bed and room. I’d have stayed longer if I could!

A great place to use as a base for seeing both the coast and inland areas. The facilities and service were excellent. We’ll definitely return.
