The host was really sweet and polite. We managed fine with a little sign language and the bits of Spanish I remembered from school, even though she spoke Spanish and French but no English. 🙌🏾😊 I booked just two hours before arriving at the harbor and beach, after driving over spontaneously from Vic-la-Gardiole, France. I was heading back to Denmark 🇩🇰 that week and stayed one night. It was hot, and the room had no way to cool it down, not even a ceiling fan. A big fan would have helped a lot. There was no small soap in the bathroom or WiFi either. It was also very noisy from the train and neighboring rooms, with some people seeming to talk all night.

For a one-star hotel, it was good. The staff were very nice and check-in was quick. The downsides were no soap in the bathroom and nowhere to charge our phones.

Handy spot for a short stop in the area. The rooms are small, but breakfast was good and the owner is very friendly.

Breakfast, but no protein options.

We had a very pleasant welcome in French, and both days at the hotel were lovely. Everything was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. There are a few play areas for children nearby, plus a small supermarket. We'd happily come back.
