I could hear everything through the old, thin windows and walls. At first I thought I hadn't shut the window properly. The restaurant and bar nearby were loud late into the night, and in the morning, before 8, the cleaner started upstairs. I could even hear someone using the toilet above me and a neighbor taking a bath. It was cheap, so I learned you get what you pay for. The harbor and beach are a 15-18 minute walk, and there's parking about 3-4 minutes away on foot. When I arrived Tuesday, they didn't speak English. Still, the place was very clean, and the bathroom had soap, a hairdryer, and a little tub. There was air conditioning too, so I thought I'd sleep better that night 🤣.

The staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming, but the condition of the place made a different impression. It's very cheap, which can still feel a bit hard on the wallet. The old AC didn't work properly and made a lot of noise at night, right when you need it most in summer. Overall, it was okay.

The toast was made from old bread and was really hard to eat. They gave us barely any butter or jam, and when one of us asked for olive oil and tomato, they took back some butter they'd already set on our table, before we'd even started eating. This is one of the worst places in town, especially for how customers are treated. They were not friendly at all to us as outsiders. I'd particularly avoid it if you're French, British, or from southern Spain.

Good, honest food at fair prices, with a limited menu and weekend specials. There's good wine and whisky too. It has a traditional feel, with locals around. I'd recommend it.
