We had a spacious, clean room with a big balcony, and the hotel has a huge pool. Breakfast outside was lovely, with views across the valley, and the restaurant food was great. The staff were warm and helpful, sharing lots of ideas for things to see and do. It’s a little outside town, though there’s an off-road path opposite the entrance that takes about 10 minutes to walk in. Bring trainers or walking shoes, definitely not heels.

The breakfast was outstanding, the staff lovely, and there’s plenty of parking. Those are the things that would bring me back. I also liked the hotel’s faded, old-fashioned charm. It’s family-run, and Llança is a pretty spot by the bright blue Mediterranean, with the Pyrenean foothills behind it. The road nearby can be noisy, though the balcony views are peaceful. Dinner was a letdown for me. The menu felt dull and conventional, and the food was cooked without much ambition. The rooms were sparse too, with only the bare essentials and not even a complimentary bottle of water. I know times are tough, but I think they could make a little more effort. Still, I’d return.

I’ve never been anywhere friendlier. It’s a family-owned hotel where you feel included as a guest, and they’re ready to help if you need anything. Being there was a real pleasure. I can only recommend it!

The location is great and so are the staff. Rooms feel a bit dated, and the showers aren’t great. Breakfast was good, as was the set meal in the evening.
