The place was just right for a few quiet days away from the bustle. There's plenty of land, with tables where you can sit outside and have some cider, plus several grills for a barbecue. Nueva is less than ten minutes away, with bars, restaurants, and food shops if you want to stay in. The apartment was fully equipped, including a kettle, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and washing machine. Elena was exceptionally attentive throughout. When it started raining, she offered to let me put my motorcycle in the gazebo, which wasn't in use at this time of year. I didn't need to, but I really appreciated the thoughtful offer. The stay was excellent.

The maintenance man was very helpful with everything we asked for, and otherwise the stay was great. It was peaceful and surrounded by nature, with a big garden, swings, picnic tables, and a barbecue. The apartment was lovely, but its two staircases were difficult for my elderly parents. The fridge was small for a stay longer than a weekend, like our eight days. Cleaning was basic and fine for everyday use, though we noticed lots of cobwebs, especially by the windows, and grease on top of the microwave and extractor hood.

A fantastic, very quiet place. Everything was really clean, and they offered apartment cleaning almost every day. We loved the service and had a great stay.

Enrique took perfect care of us and suggested places to visit and see. We liked the peaceful area and the nice, clean, cozy apartments, and will definitely return. There's a cleaning service several days a week in summer. The bathroom could use some renovation, and the apartment we had involved narrow stairs to enter and to reach the bedrooms. It's a very good aparthotel on Asturias's eastern coast.
