Camping Entreplayas

We ended up staying longer than planned, so I wouldn't put much stock in the bad reviews. It's a great campsite for a short walk into Llanes, with sea views and brand new, free toilets and showers. Filling up with water costs one euro. Just note that it closes on 14 September.

Between two beaches and right by a lovely town, the setting is hard to beat. The loos and showers were immaculate, and the other facilities were good too. We liked the coffee and the little bar, though it could be unpredictable, and there are even kittens! The boss didn't exactly radiate joie de vivre, but after a summer looking after idiots like us, she was probably knackered. Go and give it a try, then write about how it went.

The views and setting are top notch, and it was very quiet while we were there with our van. The toilets and showers are basic, but clean and perfectly good. I don't know why some reviews are so negative, maybe the site has changed. The person at reception was a bit shy and didn't say much in English, but we managed fine.

We've stayed here twice and had no complaints. The staff are lovely, and it's an easy walk to Llanes, which is a lovely town. The pitches aren't especially big, but what do people expect from a campsite? The toilets and showers are modern and clean. They don't leave toilet paper in the loos, but they give you some. I've stayed at places where people block the toilets with it, so I understand why they do that.
