The family gave us such a warm welcome and helped with everything we needed. The house is lovely, with care put into all the details, from the decor and kitchen utensils to the towels and linens. It sits in a beautiful spot between the mountains and the river, and there’s a bar next door where you can have good cider. Thanks so much, we’ll be back! 😜

I haven’t stayed there. I posted a photo of the area where the trail begins, with my dog in it, and the owner got in touch straight away asking me to remove it. So I know where dogs aren’t allowed now. I’m giving 5 stars for the quick response, to avoid any misunderstanding or anyone thinking they can bring their family. Regards, owner.

It’s hard to find a booking since the place gets reserved well ahead, but it’s worth trying. The house is in excellent condition, spotless and roomy, with every detail taken care of. It’s also in a great location. Of the properties in the photos, this one is the furthest west.

The owners were really friendly and attentive to everything. We spent three very pleasant, peaceful weeks here in July. The house is beautiful, nicely decorated, and every detail has been thought through.
