The biggest problem for us was the absurd layout: while in bed, the neighbor’s car was closer than our TV remote. The apartment also felt neglected, and the view straight onto a pile of rubble was unpleasant. We’d booked a room with two beds as listed on Booking.com, but when we arrived, the owner said none were available. She seemed more focused on getting paid quickly than on customer service. We eventually left early because we couldn’t bear the situation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone wanting comfort, attentive service, or a stay that matches what was advertised.

We’ve been spending a few vacation days here for years, and it’s always been a very positive experience. The place is peaceful and pleasant, and feels like home. Nazaret and her family are lovely. I hope we can keep coming back for many years. Highly recommend it if you enjoy quiet and simple, welcoming things.

The village won us over, with all its different trails that are great for hiking. We spent three nights in the apartment, which was very comfortable and had private parking. If you love nature, the location is ideal for enjoying it. We’ll definitely return to the Picos de Europa.
