We liked it enough to come back for dinner the same day, and everything we ordered again was really good. There were eight of us at lunch, including two people with celiac disease. They had gluten-free fried food, bread, focaccia, and pizza, plus a great range of gluten-free desserts. We had grilled pig’s trotters, Catalan sausages, and salads with homemade fries. The food was excellent, and our waitress was so friendly and good at her job. We’ll be back for sure. If you have celiac disease, don’t hesitate to go.

We left even happier after ordering dinner again. The staff were excellent, and the locally sourced food was delicious. It was a lucky find, and we’ll definitely return next time we’re in the area.

The croquettes were the one starter we really enjoyed. The rest of the meal was disappointing, both for portion size and quality. We ordered grilled dishes: they were out of chicken, so offered lamb instead. For €19, we got just three chops and potatoes. The €12 Catalan sausage portion was one regular sausage. The pig’s trotters amounted to barely two, burnt on the outside and very undercooked inside. The potatoes served with all three dishes were browned outside but raw inside, though we ate them anyway. The vegan burger cost €11 and came with no side. They also charged us for two gluten-free buns by mistake, though we ordered just one. There was a billing error too: we’d asked for plain bread, but the bill listed €3 for “bread with tomato.” They said that was how it appeared in their system and waived the charge to make up for the trouble. Still, €3 for a bit of bread is unheard of at decent restaurants in big cities. The waitresses were friendly and professional, and the kitchen’s management wasn’t their fault. But €95 for this meal for four people is unacceptable. We won’t return.

The staff were charming and attentive throughout, and the food came with impeccable presentation. We’ll definitely be back.
