The rooms were clean and the beds were okay, though they could use more pillows. But for the price, the value felt very low, and the management seemed cheap about every detail. We came during what was probably the most expensive week of the year, yet the experience felt far from generous. To me, this wasn't a 4-star stay. It felt like a 3-star hotel with hostel-level service. After a 10-hour drive with toddlers, we were told there was no food available. My husband made a half-hour round trip for takeout, but they wouldn't let us eat at the empty breakfast tables or suggest anywhere else, only telling us to eat on our beds in the room. They finally let us use a table after I complained, but made us buy drinks. They also charge €19 per person, including 3-year-olds, for one hour in a basic jacuzzi. That wasn't clear on Booking.com, and it would have cost our family €80 for an hour in a basic 4-star hotel facility. We were here for a ski vacation. Breakfast was very limited, with oily food, no fresh fruit or vegetables, and a broken coffee machine. The room key cards kept failing, so we had to go to the lobby repeatedly. There was no phone in the room to call reception. The toiletries were disappointing: no little shampoo or conditioner bottles, just cheap 2-in-1 soap in a big dispenser, and one small conditioner bottle for our whole 5-day stay. The heated pool was closed. They don't seem to understand hospitality or how to host families, especially with kids. Not a 4-star experience.

The people working here were so kind and nice, and the service was excellent. We had a wonderful little family weekend getaway and are definitely coming back soon. Loved the location, rooms, swimming pool, and the quality of food at both restaurants!

Moises, Alex, and Pilli from the restaurant and reception made us feel at home. The facilities were sparkling clean, the food was excellent, and we loved every moment in this beautiful natural setting. Llavorsi Rafting were super fun and responsible, and made us feel safe the whole time. We recommend going rafting with them. Horse riding has incredible views, too. This is becoming our mountain holiday house, and we can't wait to return.

The restaurant staff were very kind and polite, but the rest of the staff were quite rude to me and my family. The bedrooms were nowhere near 4-star standards. It felt like they were focused solely on making as much money as possible without giving guests an adequate experience.

The restaurant was quite nice, but that was about it. Staff couldn't even tell us the gym hours, everything in the room felt cheap, and water from the shower ran onto the floor. The appliances were cheap and the mattress was old. It all felt dated. Poor quality for a 4-star hotel.
