4/10
It has a lot of potential, but left plenty to be desired. Despite the hotel's non-smoking policy, some rooms had clearly been smoked in. We stayed during 40C heat and there was basically no A.C. The dials and knobs did nothing except blow lukewarm air. I won't stay there again.

It was pretty average.

The hotel is clean, generally fine, and the staff are very friendly, but it feels quite old. I haven't been handed a key instead of a card in a long time. To turn on the room lights, you have to flip a kind of switch. The furniture is old, there's a peephole in the room door, and all the rooms have a call button. Our room had carpet, with that distinctive smell. It could use a renovation.
