SM Apartments Station

The location is very good, but the apartment was quite dirty and the kitchen equipment was poor. Half the pan's coating had come off, and there was only one mug. The shower had no door, so water spread across the whole apartment. There's a mop in the corner to deal with it. No hand soap either, just a few single-use bath-gel sachets. The room was for three, but there were sheets and a towel for only two, and not even a third pillow. The mattress was dirty, practically on the floor and very short. I noticed late in the evening, and since we were staying just one night, I didn't call the owner about it.

There was a damp-related hole in the ceiling above one of the beds, apparently from poor ventilation, and the room was dirty. A small window faced the elevator courtyard, letting light into the room all night. They hadn't put up blinds or curtains, so we couldn't sleep peacefully.

We were exhausted after five days of travel when we arrived in the evening for our two-week stay, two adults and two children. We got the keys in the coffee shop and went straight up. The apartment smelled awful, had mold on the ceiling and only one sofa for the two children, with no bed linens. I usually take room photos, but that night I didn't have the energy to post a photo review. Back downstairs, the woman in the cafe said she only handed out keys and that problems could be handled the next day. She did give us linens, so we settled in as best we could, with one child sharing a bed. In the morning, the cleaning lady said we could move after lunch to a bigger, better apartment. The second one really was more spacious, had a courtyard, smelled nice, was clean, and had room for both children. They didn't charge us extra. Four stars for sorting it out quickly and for the excellent second apartment.

The person in charge was unhelpful and poor at communicating. The apartment was dirty, from a sticky floor and filthy microwave to a dirty terrace table and chairs. The toilet shifted when you sat down and leaked. The sofa bed was in bad shape, the bed was very hard and the pillows too flat. There were no bedside lamps or coat rack.
