Hotel Mariner

We had a lovely time here. The staff were kind and friendly, and there was plenty of food to choose from, including fresh juices at breakfast and dinner. Our room was cosy and very clean. It was cleaned and the towels were changed every day. The location was awesome, just 100 metres from the beach.

The location was a highlight, just a minute from the beach and all the lovely spots and cafés. The room was nice and clean, and the pool was cool. Breakfast had lots of fresh food and greens, plus amazing green juices. We had dinner there too and loved it, no regrets. Five out of five.

The food was another nice surprise, with plenty of fresh, well-prepared choices at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The modern, comfortable rooms were kept in great shape and cleaned daily. We were very satisfied with the hotel’s service, cleanliness, food, and location. Everything was better than we expected. Mohamed El Barkani deserves a heartfelt thank you. He was professional, attentive, and kind throughout our dinners, and made us feel welcome and valued. The young waiter with a tan, a mustache, and a beard also brought a lot of warmth with his positive attitude and dedication. Sorry I don’t know his name. If you could help me find his first and last name, I’d be happy to know who he is. Both are a real credit to the hotel. We were disappointed by Ms. Juani, who welcomed guests at the restaurant entrance. Her manner seemed arrogant, and as restaurant manager she didn’t speak English at all, only Spanish, which made communication difficult. We had a similar experience with the waitress with purple hair and a piercing, whose behaviour also seemed arrogant and unprofessional.
