Alegria Plaza Paris Hotel

The hotel was clean, but I wouldn't recommend it. The bar staff are rude, and if you're all inclusive, they stop serving at 11 even if you're already in the queue at the bar. There was almost no entertainment, even in peak season. During our 10-night stay, there was one disco, and the doors were shut, so you couldn't hear it from the terrace. The room balconies are so tiny it's impossible to move around.

I was shocked by how the night security staff behaved during my stay. They told us to keep the noise down, then forced us out of the building in the middle of the night and wouldn't let us back in until 7 AM. I'm 16, and my friends and I were left outside in the cold with nowhere safe to go. That's unprofessional and dangerous, especially for minors. Management should train staff to handle these situations in a way that keeps guests safe.

Everything you need is right on the doorstep, and the location is perfect. The hotel is incredible value for money. Every staff member was so friendly. I've stayed at other places nearby, but from now on I'll only stay here!

The biggest letdown was the jacuzzi. It wasn't working and was absolutely freezing, just like the pool. The sea was actually warmer. We asked at a nearby hotel if we could pay to use their spa since ours wasn't available, because the jacuzzi really helps my bad back. They knew which hotel we meant straight away and said its jacuzzi had been broken for a long time, with no plans to fix it. Such a shame, as the outside area is lovely, though there were cigarette ends in the pool and jacuzzi and scattered on the floor. We didn't spend any time there or buy drinks at the hotel because the outdoor space didn't seem cared for. Still, we had a lovely four-night stay. The staff and cleanliness were faultless, and the basic breakfast did the job. We'd stay again because it's in a really convenient spot.
