Apartamentos AR Dalia

The room felt like a doghouse, with everything low quality and not worth the price. We were here with friends on a party holiday, and even so, it was around a 10-minute walk to everything in Lloret de mar. There are apartments and hotels much closer to the main boulevard. I won't be coming back.

Even for a party holiday, this place isn't worth the price. The toilet was broken, towels weren't included, and the cleaning service wasn't daily. When they did clean, it wasn't done well.

The room had a broken bed and light bulbs that guests were expected to throw away. We also had to take the garbage outside the building, where the bins are locked after a certain hour. They make you wear a hotel bracelet for no reason, and it doesn't get you anything. Lose a towel and they charge 50 euros, even though a towel costs at most 10 euros, and that's me being generous. The staff are jerks, and you can't make any noise after 10pm. This is a teens hotel, so you'd think noise wouldn't wake anyone, but even low-volume music from a cellphone can count. They say they'll kick you out the second time you make noise, and keep the 50 euro security deposit per person. Probably the worst place I've ever stayed. If you like yourself, don't go there. The review score says 2.1, but maybe staff have to leave high ratings to work there. This hotel isn't even one star.

We were charged 50€ for supposedly losing a second pair of keys, even though we'd never been given two pairs. The service was bad too. Don't go there. This hotel doesn't deserve even one star.
