The noise was awful all night, with young drunk people smashing things in the apartments, fighting, screaming and shouting. The place was filthy, with bed bugs and ants, and every sun lounger outside was broken. There was no bar and nowhere to get food, and internet cost extra. It looked nothing like the website pictures. When we arrived, nobody was at reception, so we waited three hours in scorching heat with our small children and all our suitcases. We then had to pay a 120 deposit and 40 euros for a travel cot for 6 nights. In the room, the mattresses were dirty and there were no sheets or towels. When we asked for sheets, we were told each towel and sheet cost 2 euros.

The description and photos online were extremely out of date, and the place looked nothing like them. There was no food available as the website description suggested, and reception wasn't open at all times as claimed. This hotel doesn't feel family oriented. We went into the bedrooms and found dirty, smelly mattresses. We asked for clean sheets and were told they cost 2 euro per sheet. The beds were full of bed bugs and ants covered the walls, as shown in the attached pictures. On the first morning, all six of us in the family woke up with at least one bite. It's hard to give even one star. This place is poor, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially families.

It was noisy at night, with young neighbors and drunk people shouting. The place was cheap and near the beach, but the apartments were uncomfortable, with no air conditioning, a smelly mattress and a disgusting bathroom. A dirty, horrible place. I'm very disappointed and will never come back. Highly unrecommended.

This place isn't safe at all. There are no rules, and drunk people may knock on your door in the middle of the night, so I wouldn't bring a family here. It also looks different from the website, and they ask for a deposit for something so basic and poorly done. A very bad experience.

If I could, I'd give it minus one star. I think the community would get more out of a supermarket here than this joke of a place. It should be demolished.
