The first room was filthy: stained bedding with blood and brown marks, bugs on the bed, and mould and bacteria in the bathroom. Even the balcony was dirty. We arrived late and asked reception for fresh bedding after finding the bugs, but the receptionist told us to leave and come back tomorrow. Other guests were also complaining about different problems, including one woman whose room had no power and was given the same response. We called the holiday company as he asked, but he wouldn't speak to them, so I handed him my phone while they were on the line. He told me to go away again. We slept on top of the bedding and got bitten. The next day we waited four hours for another room. It wasn't great, but it was clean, and the cleaner was disgusted by the photos of the first one. The same receptionist, who had been rude when we arrived, later laughed and took photos when a man fell and hit his head. He was on the floor in the recovery position, and we had asked for an ambulance. People staying there told us they felt the same way about the hotel. The food was standard, though not the best, and the staff were rude. By then, we weren't surprised. The sunbeds were mouldy and collapsed. I'd look elsewhere, and if you're going anyway, bring a hazmat suit. Reception won't help with problems.

I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. It's a budget hotel, and the prices reflect that, so go elsewhere and pay more if you're after four or five stars. The food is basic, but there's always something to eat. Our room was adequate, had a balcony, and was cleaned daily by polite cleaners. At night it was just music for entertainment, but honestly, that was enough. The staff were pleasant, check-in was easy, and they let us into our room early. I'd been worried after reading the other reviews, but I'm glad I stayed. Thanks to everyone.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was especially good. I liked the clean, comfortable room too, with its big bed. The hotel is in a great spot near the beach and shops. The only thing that gave me trouble was the Wi-Fi, which sometimes worked poorly. Overall, I had a very good stay and would come back.

The rooms are huge and the pool is massive. Our shower stayed at just the right temperature and never went cold. The all-inclusive bar had loads of options and stayed open very late, and the entertainment was good, with a DJ whose music taste I liked. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, and I felt safe around the clock. The website pictures match the hotel perfectly. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
