Cleopatra Spa Hotel

The food was fresh, delicious, and had plenty of variety, and our room stayed clean and well cared for. Staff were professional and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. We had an outstanding stay at Cleopatra Hotel and would recommend it for a relaxing, enjoyable break.

We spent 10 days here and found the setup comfortable and well organized. There was a good range of food in the restaurant, daily room cleaning, and reception staff could speak English, German, and Russian. The location was handy, with a large supermarket nearby, and facilities included a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, billiards, and Wi-Fi. A few things could be better: bar drinks and some desserts, and most staff seemed tired. Only one person consistently greeted guests with a smile. Even so, we had a very good experience.

I really liked the ancient Egyptian theme, and the construction and decor were impressive. The room itself was excellent, with room service that was amazing, though the thin walls meant we could hear people in other rooms. Breakfast was pretty good, especially the exquisite churros, but a little more variety would have been welcome. Service was good, and Miguel stood out as especially friendly and welcoming. He was always glad to help, and his contagious smile and positive attitude made a big difference to our stay.

Miguel was a highlight, always there in the evenings with a big smile and great suggestions. Freddie was also really helpful with local recommendations. The hotel had a calm, friendly feel, and its spot was ideal, with local shops and restaurants close by and the beach a five-minute walk away. My friend and I stayed for five days and had the best time. Thank you!
