We came back to Apartmentos Eldorado for a second time, a few years after our first visit, as a family of four. The apartments are decent, nothing flashy or spectacular. The swimming pool is lovely, and the loungers were free and available every day. We had a room at the back of the building this time, and the balcony got lovely late-afternoon sun. My only complaint is the pungent smell of Marijuana that came into our family room every evening during our week-long stay, from around 8pm until the early hours. I'm not sure whether it came from the apartments or nearby cafes/restaurants, but it gave all of us headaches. Still, it was a lovely, peaceful stay again, and there isn't much that would stop us coming back in the near future.

The apartment was clean and close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, and Phillipe was always helpful. We stayed for a week, three people and our dog. A few things didn’t work for me: there’s no smoking anywhere in the hotel, not even on the balcony, and the pool area is small with lots of restrictions, including no drinks, smoking, dogs, or ball games. There’s no air conditioning, which was fine at the end of May, but I’m not sure it would be comfortable in July or August. If you bring a dog, be aware that dogs aren’t allowed on any of the Lloret de mar beaches. There’s a dog-friendly beach about 10 km away.

There are plenty of bars and shops nearby, and it’s about a five-minute walk to the beach.

We slept peacefully, and the host was very kind. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a perfect spot near the beach. Looking forward to coming back 😊
