The food was awful. We even found a worm in the soup, which apparently was the “chef’s special.” Staff seemed as if just turning up for work was too much, and the cleaners left the previous guests’ rubbish in our room. Ask for an extra hair towel or even toilet paper, and all you get is a blank look, as though those are luxuries. The only good thing about this “hotel” is the location. If you enjoy filth, going hungry and feeling ripped off, this is the place for you. It deserves less than zero stars.

Getting around was easy since the hotel is close enough to walk into the city. The staff were really nice, and I liked the crew. The buffet was small, but that seems fair for a three-star place, and it was better than I expected. The rooms weren't great and sometimes didn't feel properly clean. At night, security could seem a little creepy, though they were just trying to keep everyone safe and enjoying themselves. Just keep the noise down after quiet hours. I'd say it's a decent choice for a club trip where partying is the main point, but not for a family holiday.

The food was surprisingly decent, and the bathroom and beds were fine. The room itself was only okay for cleanliness, and there was loud music around the hotel, especially by the pool, though it wasn't unbearable. On arrival, we found the room door lock, a bed light, an AC plug, and the bathroom window were broken. Our drunk neighbors even wandered into our room without asking. Reception spoke to them quickly, and maintenance fixed the light. The maintenance worker was very polite.

Those were the best two weeks I've ever had. We were young and had a great time. If you're not a snob, this place is for you!

The maid was the one bright spot: she cleaned the room every day. The location was also good, but neither that nor the cleaning made up for the rest. We were freezing until our last day because the heating didn't work. We called to have it fixed, but nobody came, and we got sick. Lunch was two plain pieces of bread with one small piece of cheese. The shower water swung between hot and ice cold, and the Wi-Fi didn't work.
