House Panorama Lloret de Mar

We rented the house from late August to early September 2025, for 6-8 people. It's dilapidated, and so many things were broken. The electrical outlets didn't work, neither did the two TVs, and the iron and electric mixer were out of order. The septic tank overflowed after showers and left a foul smell. The double bed in the upstairs bedroom was broken and must have been repaired while we were there. There was no outdoor lighting in the evening. Water ran constantly in one bathroom, the bedside lamp was broken, and there was no light in that bedroom. The outdoor chairs were old, and two were broken. There wasn't enough crockery, among other problems. We complained to Club Villamar, but still haven't had an answer.

The finca has lots of space, and the nearly completely private pool is a real plus. The house, though, badly needs renovation. It seems to have been neglected for about 10 years, including the beds, wardrobes, and linens. Club Villamar provided good service, and the finca was clean and tidy.

The house is spacious and has a pool, but we found quite a few defects when we arrived. It also wasn't especially clean or well cared for. We wouldn't stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa sits high in the mountains, with lovely quiet surroundings and a beautiful sea view.
