We chose this hotel because earlier reviews mentioned the decent price and good location. Lloret De Mar is a nice place to visit, but unfortunately our four-night stay wasn't pleasant, and I wouldn't return. There were groups of teenagers running around the hotel, and we didn't get a proper night's sleep on any night. We complained from Saturday until our last night. Security was called more than once, but it didn't fix the problem, and other guests complained too. Our initial complaints seemed to be dismissed and weren't passed on to management. The manager did let us keep the room until our pickup time as compensation. The booking site stated an 11 am checkout, but we were told it was 10 am. It also said there was a hairdryer in the room, but there wasn't, and they tried to charge us for one. The plumbing was poor: neither the shower nor toilet drained properly, and this still hadn't been fixed after housekeeping came. They'd only made the bed and changed the towels. Most staff were friendly, though some weren't as much. I'd rather try a different hotel in the area.

Good value for the price, and it does the job well, even if it's not a luxury hotel. I saw reviews saying the food was bad, but I thought the buffet was great, with lots of choices at every meal. I gained weight! Giovanni, the dessert guy, gave is cheesecake and brownie even though we were late for dinner and they'd already cleared the desserts. He's amazing. Yum desserts and excellent service.

I can only recommend this hotel to someone I truly dislike. The atmosphere felt tense and deeply unpleasant from the moment we arrived. The food was consistently poor, with little quality or variety, and the staff looked stressed and overwhelmed, apparently under heavy pressure from management. Even buying ice or lemon at the bar wasn't allowed, which summed up the rigid, inhospitable attitude. The whole place felt joyless. Children were reprimanded even for harmless things like playing with a ball in the pool. It felt cold and uncomfortable rather than relaxing. Staff morale seemed visibly low, and that negativity spread through the property. Avoid this hotel if you're looking for a pleasant holiday.

Pedro manages the dining room, and he's a lovely gentleman. Even when it was busy, he got to everyone as quickly as he could and was always polite and kind. The beds were too hard for me, though that's a matter of preference. The location is perfectly fine, but after a long journey it felt a bit far when I was tired. It's easy to find.
