The view was fantastic, the pool was nice, and the apartment was clean. It was quiet and beautiful, and communication from the host was excellent. We were happy with the stay and enjoyed Lloret. Getting into Lloret de Mar took some effort. The walk was 35 minutes for us, despite some taxi drivers saying it could be done in 20. I’d strongly dispute that. Taxi costs added up quickly, at €20-25 a day for the trip down and back up, since walking back up would be difficult. The apartment also had no oven or washing machine, which wasn’t a big issue for us but might be for others. My partner and I shared a sofa bed because the bedroom’s single beds couldn’t be pushed together without blocking the door, and we wanted privacy at night from the kids.
