I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and cheated. The place was nothing like the advertisement: dirty, poorly maintained, with outdated facilities falling apart and very little basic hospitality. The staff seemed uninterested, and some were almost rude. Comfort clearly didn’t seem to matter. If you’re hoping to relax, don’t spend your time or money here. The whole stay felt neglected and full of false promises. One of the worst “camping hotel” experiences I’ve had. Avoid it, there are plenty of better options.

Pol, Aurane, and Oceane made our time at Camping Santa Elena so enjoyable. Whenever we needed help, they quickly found an efficient solution and did it with a smile. They were warm, friendly, and truly hospitable, and their professionalism made us feel at home throughout the stay. It was a privilege to meet such a lovely team. We’re grateful to them all and would love to return to Camping Santa Elena.

We especially liked the shady pitches, cozy places to stay, and lovely shared areas. Everything was clean, well kept, and organized, and the pool was a great way to cool off on hot days. The campsite was quiet and relaxing despite being close to everything. Fenals Beach is a few minutes away, and the center of Lloret de Mar isn’t far. It was easy to meet people and feel at home, whether you’re with family, friends, or on your own. The whole team were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. We felt comfortable and well looked after from start to finish. Thanks to everyone at Santa Elena, especially Maurane, for a memorable stay. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

The campsite can’t be reached by phone, just an AI saying it’ll pass your question to the team. I paid the reservation fee and then waited a week for the booking confirmation. The site did call back a bit later, though, and I did get the confirmation.

Santa Elena was a lovely place to unwind and switch off. Teresa gave us thoughtful, personal attention and was genuinely kind. She made the stay memorable, and I’d happily recommend the place. Thank you, Teresa!
