The pool was calm in September, and it seems like a nice place for couples. The buffet was okay. We only had breakfast, where the fruit was fresh and the mini pastries were nice, though the hot food was hit and miss. Staff were very friendly, and the spot is great, about a ten minute walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, and most things you might need. I’d stay again.

The restaurant was especially bad. The food was awful: very little choice, the cheapest fish with a strong unpleasant smell, overcooked dry chicken breast, and chicken wings burnt black with feathers and hair still on them. The fruit was just hard green pears that couldn’t be eaten. Vegetables were frozen cucumbers and tasteless green tomatoes, even though it was summer in Spain and fresh produce should be available. Drinks were watery artificial juice and tap water. On several evenings there wasn’t any drinking water. When my child asked where to get some, a staff member said, “In the toilet.” That’s shocking for a place calling itself four stars. The dishes and cups were greasy and dirty, and there were no clean mugs at breakfast. Tables stayed sticky and uncleaned for long periods. The rooms were dirty too, with old, creaky, falling-apart furniture. Nothing felt clean or cared for, and the hotel’s condition was unacceptable. I was shocked by the poor service, cleanliness, and food. This is nowhere near four-star quality, and wouldn’t even make a decent one-star hotel. A huge disappointment. I strongly don’t recommend it. You deserve better, especially in such a beautiful country with so many wonderful options.

One morning we had breakfast at the hotel, and it was fresh, tasty, and a great start to the day. The pool area was lovely for relaxing, with a nice atmosphere and friendly people around. The location was convenient, just a six minute walk to the beach. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the whole place felt well looked after. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Eli was especially amazing. As two young girls in a new country, we felt safer and she helped us get around. Thank you, Eli! I couldn’t fault the stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The room wasn’t ready properly when we checked in. The floor hadn’t been cleaned, and there were hairs in the shower from previous guests. That’s unacceptable even for a budget hotel, and this place claims to be above that. The dining area was unhygienic too, with dirty dishes and unwashed plates and cups. We couldn’t even use the tableware. If the dining room is this unsanitary, it makes you wonder what the kitchen is like. The food was terrible, with a very limited selection, especially at breakfast. Meals were bland and repetitive, with almost no fruit. What little food there was disappeared quickly, and staff didn’t restock it. It felt like they were cutting corners everywhere. Staying at Vibe was a major disappointment. It’s not worth your money or time. If cleanliness and basic hygiene matter to you, stay somewhere else.
