Sweet Lloret Suites - Smart Hotel

After I checked out, the hotel tried to bill me for damage that was already in the room during my stay. Nobody mentioned any problem when I checked out, and they haven't provided evidence that I caused it. I've asked for proof of the room's condition before and after my visit, but the issue still hasn't been properly addressed. They laying here is my proof

We only stayed one night, and the bed made for a good night's sleep. The room was nice and clean, with its own bathroom and a balcony. Check-in was simple too. I'd recommend it.

For eight days, my boyfriend and I stayed at #TheSweetLife. It's clean and comfortable, close to both the center and the beach, and the room always has a lovely fresh smell. The bathroom is nice, clean and comfortable too. We'll definitely come back. 😊 Greetings from Serbia🇷🇸🇪🇸

We spent five nights at Sweet Lloret Suites. The rooms seem modern at first, but our building, the old Playa Sol hostel, felt unfinished and wasn't ready for guests. At the entrance there was a smelly, abandoned bar full of construction supplies. Inside our room, drywall dust covered the floor, a ceiling panel was missing with a light hanging down, and some fixtures were still wrapped in plastic. We had only a sheet, no blanket, and there was no hand soap in the bathroom despite it appearing in the hotel photos. The mini-fridge was empty, unlike the stocked ones shown online with water, snacks and drinks. Staff said only the other building gets those. When we asked for water, they first told us to go to a grocery store that was closed, then eventually sold us bottles themselves. On the third night, the AC started blowing a smoky smell into the room, making the last couple of nights uncomfortable. Construction hammering in the adjacent rooms, thin walls and a bright green light above the door that lit up the room at night didn't help. Staff were polite but not especially helpful. The place looks nice, but the advertising feels misleading and at least our building seemed unfinished.
