The service was good. When our hot water stopped working one evening, we contacted them and a repairman arrived the next day. He could only switch off the water pump, though, and the next electrician couldn’t come until the day we left, a week later. In the meantime, the pool was cleaned by hand every day. The property has good parking, a sturdy gate, and secure grounds. With the gate locked, we felt there was nothing to worry about. From several spots you can see the sea and Lloret de Mar. The house itself was dirty and in poor shape. Four of the five living room lights didn’t work, the doorbell was broken, and the windows and interior doors were dilapidated. Some couldn’t be locked, including a bathroom door. There were few electrical outlets, and the kitchen had only six glasses, five cups, very little cutlery, and hardly any plates. Dead insect remains left visible streaks on the walls. The photos show a second apartment below the main one, but it’s destroyed and looks recently vandalized. The toilet seats wobbled badly, the shower and bathtub sliding doors were unstable, and the old metal stairs to the outdoor balcony rocked a little when walked on. The pictures are misleading.
