The customer service is nonexistent, and the price is outrageous for what you get. The villa is poorly located, and its layout really only suits 4-5 people, not the advertised maximum of 8. The pool is both chlorinated and salted, apparently to avoid much maintenance, and broken tiles could cut you. There was a pool alert for several days. There are no mosquito nets, and the place is overrun with tiger mosquitoes. Electrical outlets are broken and exposed, the toilet is tiny, with the shower curtain practically touching your skin, and the drainage is a disaster. Avoid this house or you'll waste your money.
