We loved our Monday-to-Friday stay. The reception team and all the other staff were great and very friendly. Our plus room was great too, with a rain shower and Dolce Gusto machine. The restaurant could get overloaded with noisy teenagers at times, though not every time, and that spoiled some evenings. The food was good but sometimes not very warm. The buffet used to have more variety when we stayed a few years back; now it seemed more aimed at younger people. With the young crowd, we sadly plan to stay at the GHT hotel next year, which was a bit better, quieter, and outside the city.

Alex was the one staff member who made me feel welcome. The others weren't welcoming, and when I tried to tell the receptionist the lift was occasionally breaking down, I couldn't make myself understood and eventually gave up. I was on the 6th floor. With guests from different countries, I expected staff who could understand English. The hotel was full of young people, including teenagers from university and younger kids. They ran around like it was a playground, played loud music during the day, shouted from their balcony windows, and then sang to each other from the balconies. It was really annoying and not for me. Older people stayed there too, but this crowd just wasn't my preference. If I'd known about the hotel and these problems, I wouldn't have booked it. I wouldn't stay again or recommend it.

The rooms are okay, and the location is nice with everything nearby. But the food wasn't good, and when I asked for gluten free options, the staff were rude. It tasted bland, and there wasn't much to choose from, especially as someone with celiac disease. At breakfast, all I got was one piece of bread smaller than my palm. Not a great experience.

Kevin was the DJ for the disco party each evening and played really cool, funny songs. Big hello to Kevin, and thanks to him, the parties helped us unwind and enjoy the holiday. The hotel is cozy, in an excellent spot: a small supermarket, KFC, McDonald's, and Burger King are nearby, and the beach is no more than a seven-minute walk away. I was satisfied overall and recommend the hotel. In the three-bed room there weren't enough sockets: one by the bed, one by the TV, and one in the bathroom. That made things a bit awkward for three people, but it was manageable.

I stopped at the bar for coffee and had a really great experience. The waitresses were all friendly and efficient, and it's the best place in Lloret for a snack or lunch. Paola y Melania deserve a special mention. They're the very best and a credit to the hotel. They both should get a pay rise.
