The hostess was always ready to help with advice or practical support, and she put so much effort into making guests’ stays as good as possible. The rooms were cleaned every day, and breakfast was made with care, with things like homemade jam and eggs prepared in all sorts of ways. It’s a really beautiful, cozy oasis of peace. I don’t usually like returning to the same holiday place, but I can say I definitely haven’t been here for the last time!

We spent two weeks here as a family with two children and our bull terrier, who was very welcome. The three horses are very affectionate, and there’s a kitchen available for making lunch and dinner. Breakfast is generous, and you can ask for what you’d like, including eggs. There’s also a billiards room and board games for the evenings. Housekeeping happens daily, even Sundays. It’s a lovely, peaceful place with lush greenery, and the owner and staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. A few spots could use minor renovation, just ordinary wear and tear. I’d come back without hesitation.

Lovely resort and pool, and the staff were great. I just couldn’t sleep properly in the bed. After three nights of very little, poor sleep, I had to take off two stars. Otherwise it would have been a really lovely stay.

The cleaning staff were pleasant and helpful, and the place itself is beautiful, a great spot for a relaxing weekend. But the receptionist was rude when we asked about breakfast. She acted like it was something we should already know, even though asking questions in a place like this is normal. There was no need to get annoyed. Service is about how people treat you as well as the facilities.
