We ended up booking another hotel during our stay because the villa was so bad, and the landlord gave us no compensation at all. We had huge extra costs, but they deny responsibility. Please avoid this place and save your money. There was nothing even remotely acceptable about it. The advertised outdoor area looked lovely and well kept in the photos, but in reality there wasn't a patch of grass, just farmland and stones. The accommodation was filthy, with dirt everywhere and plaster falling off the walls. Ants were crawling in the bed, and the mosquito problem was just as bad. After one day, we were all covered in bites. The pool area was made worse by a pigeon coop right beside the pool, which wasn't mentioned. The smell and noise made it impossible to relax, and the loungers were positioned right in front of it, with pigeons always behind you. There was also a security camera inside the house. The owner insisted it was only a sensor, but searching for the model, Camera model ES700IPDE-ES-M03 F219SP, shows it's a Wi-Fi security camera. Having our privacy invaded like that felt awful. The advertised amenities were misleading too. The so-called solarium was just a few worn-out sun loungers outside, and there were no bathrobes. The owner confirmed that, which says a lot about how the place is advertised, even if a solarium isn't needed in Mallorca. The hotplate felt dangerous. Lighting the stove sent up a huge hissing flame that could easily burn you. The knobs come off, so you can't be sure gas isn't leaking, and some were already charred from the high flame. The landlord said everything was safe. The walls, the insects, and the stove all made this villa a disaster. If I could, I'd give it zero stars.
