We were cold at night because the ground-floor place gets no sun, and the heating was switched off at 8:30 p.m. after only two hours, even though we'd asked for it to stay on. We also had to do without toilet paper, hand soap, napkins, and dish soap. The flat itself was fine for sleeping, with two single beds, a double bed, and a sofa bed. The payment was a mess too. We booked through Booking.com expecting either the site or the woman in charge to take payment when we arrived. Neither did, then two days later we got a call demanding the money. We had to make a bank transfer and cover a fee of nearly €4. When she checked my ID, had me sign a paper, and handed over the keys, she could have charged us then and avoided the confusion. Bad business.
