I wouldn't recommend this accommodation. When my family and I couldn't reach the hotel because of force majeure events, including the numerous fires, they refused to refund us or change our reservation. We were coming from the Dana de Paiporta, and they showed very little empathy. The conduct of these shutters, if that's what you can call them, was unacceptable.

The owners were so kind and made us feel at home, even welcoming us with a thoughtful gift. They also suggested places to visit, hiking routes, and places to eat. The house was beautiful, new, and very clean, with all the kitchen utensils we could need. The surroundings were spectacular. Thank you so much.

The garden was a wonderful place to spend time with the family, with fruit trees, lots of room, a barbecue, and plenty of parking. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, clean, and tidy, with everything we needed and more. The owners welcomed us with a meal, which was especially helpful since we arrived a bit late. They were always available and suggested great hot springs and hiking routes we wouldn't have found ourselves. We spent 11 days in Lobios with the family and loved how peaceful the location was. Peneda-Gerês National Park is nearby, and you can reach Portugal in about 10 minutes by car. Braga, Guimarães, and Ponte de Lima are also within reach, and Galicia is truly special. There was so much to enjoy and explore. Casa da Eira is more than it first appears, and we had an unbeatable stay. We'll definitely return.

Mónica and José deserve thanks for sharing this treasure. Ask them for their recommendations on local routes and places you shouldn't miss. The spacious, carefully maintained grounds and thoughtfully furnished interior make it a pleasure to stay here. In this charming village, Casa da Eira in Lobios brings traditional and contemporary elements together beautifully. It's a wonderful mix of nature and a proper break from daily life, whether you want to relax or explore all the area's possibilities. Highly recommended.

A lovely, tastefully renovated traditional house in an idyllic spot, just a five-minute walk from the center of Lobios. The owners are remarkably kind and work hard to make sure you have everything you need. Excellent house, location, and service. Someone who does their job this well deserves to succeed. I'd happily return again and again.
