I have a question about the pool below the parking lot. Is it filled with hot water? When we drove by in our camper in February, the water was only a little warm. There was renovation work going on inside the hotel then. How is it now?

I was really disappointed by the spa and won't be coming back. It felt shabby and poorly maintained. The pool was basic compared with other spa hotels I've visited, and there were several maintenance problems, including a broken toilet seat in the disabled toilet, lockers that didn't work, and broken jets in the spa pool. Nobody explained the facilities to us, even though the receptionist spoke English. We were trying to learn to understand and speak Spanish at an early stage. Staff came across as rude and unapproachable, and didn't seem willing to help. I tried to look around, but was shouted at and wasn't allowed into areas that appeared to be open. Seeing the facilities would've helped me understand what was available and perhaps consider another visit.

I've been here twice, and the buffet has gone downhill in quality. The staff were great, but hotel maintenance wasn't good. The bed squeaked, the air conditioning didn't work, and we had to switch rooms. Not good.

The spa was great, and they serve good food in a beautiful natural setting. The room was nice too.

One of my better experiences at Termal Galicia. I'd recommend the spa cycle.
