Via Nova

I stayed in the apartments for years, through 2016, and had fantastic experiences. They were the most complete places I've stayed, including more recently, whether for a few days or even to live in. Honestly, nothing like the complaints about rates and this and that. If you don't like it, stay home.

The location is good, and the person who helped us was very friendly and helpful. Our room was actually pleasant, but the place as a whole left a lot to be desired. The pool was empty and badly run down, with tiles coming loose inside and all around it. The so-called garden was just wild weeds and badly neglected. The garage looked like a dirty ruin, and the bathroom in there was filthy. I wouldn't come back. It's a shame I can't attach photos to this comment.

We spent a week there and found the owner attentive and very accommodating. The value for money was great, so I'd highly recommend it. I brought my own bedding after reading reviews beforehand, though that's just a personal preference. Carlos, the owner's restaurant, is also a fantastic place.

The surroundings are wonderful, and this place works really well for traveling with pets. The garden and pool are small but pleasant. The apartments are decent and well equipped, though they could use some maintenance.
