Three days before my trip, they called to say there wouldn’t be a room for me, even though I’d booked a month earlier specifically so I could have peace of mind. They said someone had been occupying that room for some time, which really wasn’t my concern. Knowing this might happen, they should have arranged another room and protected my stay. The customer service was really disappointing, and now I’m stuck trying to find somewhere else at the last minute. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one felt warranted.

The service, attention, and food all made our son’s baptism a wonderful day. Everything was perfect, and I’d highly recommend this place for celebrating a special occasion.

The restaurant had only two tables occupied at lunchtime on a Tuesday, yet I waited five minutes for a coffee while the bar was empty. There was one waiter and a woman behind the bar, who wouldn’t bring it and told me to ask one of “the guys.” In Loeches, coffee with milk was €1.80, and a can of Fanta orange cost €3 with no snack. I don’t know what the hotel is like, but the bar and restaurant feel like a rip-off, charging Plaza Mayor in Madrid prices while catering to tourists. They should figure out what the problem is.

We’ve been eating here regularly for a while, and the rice dishes are spectacular. The food is always delicious, and the service is attentive, friendly, and impeccable. We also chose the restaurant for our daughter’s First Communion. We had plenty of flexibility in choosing what we wanted, the food was incredibly tasty, and there was no waiting between courses. Everything went perfectly, and the service was outstanding as always. Highly recommended.
