We had everything we needed here, including a lovely setting by San Miguel Parque. The area is quieter, though all the attractions are still easy to reach, and the 4 bus line stops right there. Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and there are two lovely restaurants next door plus a laundromat a few doors down. Recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised for the star rating, especially given the good value. The check-in staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a tight squeeze for space at the breakfast buffet, but plenty of choice: bread, fruit, meats, cheese, pastries, cereal, and Spanish tortilla. Only gripe, the bath towels could be bigger.

The facilities were very good for the price, which was outstanding, and the hotel has been nicely updated. Service was efficient. Breakfast was very good, and reception and cafeteria staff were excellent. The entrance is accessible and there are elevators, though no disabled parking space. The AC seemed a bit weak. Also, the bathroom window opened without a screen, and a mosquito got into my friends' room, where they didn't sleep well.

The parking is hard to find, and there are NO signs to help. Please sort that out and guide guests! ;) Newly renovated rooms are nice, cozy, and focused on the essentials. For a business stay, it was a perfect match for me, and the price-value ratio is good.

We really enjoyed staying here. Breakfast had a really good choice and the staff were very helpful. You can park free on the streets around the hotel, or pay to use the hotel car park. Will definitely stay here again.
