The cafeteria staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful, and recommended a Rioja for me to try. The receptionist also helped by giving me a map and marking a free car park in the city centre. There's plenty of free parking at the hotel, a couple of minutes' drive from the city centre. The kitchen is closed on Sundays, but there's lots of tapas to choose from. They provided plenty of toiletries, and the minibar products were reasonably priced. I had a good stay.

For a weekday stay, this works well for me as a commercial agent, though I can't really judge it as a regular guest. It's just off the main motorway, with a good bar, restaurant, and petrol station. If you have your own transport, there's also a good connection to the city. The hotel is clean and well kept, but the tariff feels a little high for what's on offer.

The room and bathroom were okay and clean, though tired and battered around the edges. After our 7-hour drive, we arrived to find reception had no record of the reservation I'd made by phone with my card. The staff weren't particularly friendly and didn't apologize, just said we were lucky they had a room. Dinner was dire: the starter had clearly been kept warm for hours and had dried out. The meat was completely unrecognizable, bore no resemblance to the menu description, and came with soggy, cold chips. I wouldn't rush to repeat the experience.

Good value for the cost, and I'd definitely stay again. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful, and breakfast was very good. Highly recommend.

The cafeteria serves typical Spanish food at reasonable prices. The staff were professional and kind, and everything was very clean. The room price per night was a little high, but otherwise it was all good.
