I’m really gutted I brought my family here. I came with my Husband and 2 Daughters, and the reception staff just carried on talking among themselves while I tried to check in. The shower was freezing, there was so much dust, and the sheets had stains underneath. The ensuite smelled like sewerage. It’s basic and has no atmosphere. A big NO from us, and I’d tell families to stay well away.

The hotel is older, but they keep it clean. The location is great and the staff are excellent. Wi-Fi works well in the lobby, though not so much in the room.

The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was very clean with wonderful, friendly staff. It’s in an exceptional spot with beautiful views. We highly recommend it and look forward to coming back next year.

Our room was fantastic, with the best ocean view, and we could watch the airshow from the balcony over the weekend. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and we were given such a lovely welcome. There was a major water pipe leak that was incredibly hard for the hotel to get under control. The Manager was very apologetic, even though it wasn’t his fault, and they didn’t charge us for the stay. That says a lot. We’ll definitely return another time. Best wishes to the Manager and hotel staff, and thank you xx
