Pensión La Puntica

It was quiet at night, and staying for one night was nice. The towels had stains, though, and there was hair in the bathroom. We also had to wait outside to get into the hotel because nobody was there.

I've read some of the other reviews, and they can't be talking about the same place. I've stayed in lots of hotels here over the last two years, including four-star ones, and this is the best for being modern and clean. It's also very reasonably priced. Lovely hotel, highly recommended, and I'll be back in March ❤️

There were loads of cockroaches in the room, and the place was below basic “PENSION” standard. In the bathroom there was no soap dish or shelves for shampoo and shower gel, and no hangers, so we had to leave our clothes on the toilet lid. There weren't enough clothes hangers in the room either. The towels had yellow stains, and the pillows were filthy, sausage-shaped, and one had a blood stain. The beds were very poor. The tiny fridge barely worked, the wardrobe shelf sagged in the middle and our things slid off onto the floor, and the bedding was changed only on Thursdays. Breakfast was very basic, and dinner meant walking 300 metres to a restaurant. There was nowhere to wash clothes. The Lo Pagan lagoon was very muddy and dirty. Locals told us it was contaminated. The food in Lo Pagan was a complete nightmare, and we were devastated. We don't recommend this “Pension” or that area of Spain. We're extremely disappointed. You can click my name to see the images. The room was clean, but the place was unfriendly, unhelpful, and extremely noisy. I couldn't sleep, so I had to move to another hotel. They really didn't seem to care and didn't even ask why I was leaving.
