10/10
There’s a supermarket nearby, and I had no trouble finding parking. The place was very clean and fully equipped, with three bedrooms and a small sofa in the living room. Some neighbors were really noisy, with a loud TV and a small child, but it’s still a good deal.

The apartment is quiet and very well kept, and the elevator makes the third-floor unit wheelchair accessible. Its city-center location is better if you don’t have a car, though it may not suit a short holiday as well. The beach takes about 20 minutes by bus, and knowing some Spanish is helpful.

6/10
The apartment is roomy, clean, well located, and has the basics you need. Still, little things make its condition disappointing: there aren’t many power outlets, the bathroom has no towel rails, the bedside lamps aren’t connected, and some ceiling lights are missing.

Everything you need is close by, and the apartment is really spacious and nice.
