Finca el Biclén

The road up may look a little daunting at first, but you soon get used to it, and the views along the way are lovely. The house is very cozy, with an amazing outlook. The owners are really nice, gave us a tour of the property, and shared fresh fruit and herbs. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We had everything we needed in the house, including a well-equipped kitchen and little extras like spices, tea, oils, and plastic wrap. We felt very welcome and well looked after. The views are wonderful, and it's so quiet and private. Besides our own terrace and small garden, we could use the large garden, with its sunny terrace and lovely picnic spot at the edge of the property overlooking the area and coast. The hosts live there and were available whenever needed, and responded very quickly to our messages.

Carlos and Cynthia made us feel at home with how kind and welcoming they were. The garden chickens wander around freely, which is a charming touch, and the view is stunning. They even lent us warm clothes for our hike up El Teide, which was thoughtful and really useful. Highly recommend!

The terrace has an incredible view. We had a great week at Carlos’ and Cynthia’s home, and the flat was equipped with everything we needed. Cynthia brought us some eggs when we arrived, and we were welcome to pick herbs from the garden.
