The property is quite isolated, so having a rental car is something to keep in mind. We found the BeTenerife app more useful than TripAdvisor and received a personalized guide with recommendations tailored to our interests. Lina checked in regularly, gave us lots of ideas for activities, and was great to communicate with. The maintenance team came by each morning and were kind and ready to help. We spent two weeks here for our honeymoon and loved how well kept and beautiful the property was, along with its ocean view. It gave us exactly the privacy, relaxation, and quality of service we wanted. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

The house is surrounded by lovely scenery, with good spots for quiet time and walks. It’s also close to the beach and a great restaurant. Our Mirador room felt spacious, atmospheric, and thoughtfully designed. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and having a parking space was a real plus. Lina was kind, quick to respond, and happy to help. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Lina was always reachable and helped us with advice and recommendations. The staff showed the same thoughtfulness, even placing fresh flowers in every room. We’re very grateful for the care they put in, and to Alberto and his team for letting us experience this historic house and another side of Tenerife. We stayed in villa Marques di San Andres and El Mirador with six adults and two babies. The authentic interiors felt generous and sophisticated, and the lush garden and pool view were so beautiful they could have been in the Caribbean.
